Media students study Mixtape for their A Levels…

I have encountered a few bits and pieces on the internet over the last few weeks including some portfolio work written about ‘Mixtape’ and other great shorts like Andrea Arnold’s brilliant Oscar winner ‘Wasp’. They are being used as case studies in the A-Level Media Studies course.

It’s been a really nice experience for me to read some of the stuff that is being written by these promising young filmmakers and some of their insights are really intelligent and well observed.

Aside from this, Alina Kulesh from Queens University has written a great blog entry with some really interesting points.
